With a diverse cuisine, under the scrutiny of great international chefs, from the Italian cuisine, signed by the Sicilian Roberto Mezzapelle, to the author cuisine by chef Rui Paula, traveling through the vision of chef Paulo Morais, one of the greatest Portuguese experts in oriental cuisine, very focused on sushi and the appreciation of fresh fish, a characteristic of this market in the past, and ending at the starting point, with the regional Azorean cuisine, by the hand of the experienced Azorean chef, Donária Pacheco. Four chefs, four visions, four different cuisines, united and harmonized in a single restaurante space. Here there are no boundaries for creativity. Mercado da Vila is a world where several people, several cultures and ancestral cuisines inhabit. One, which hundreds of years later, continues to mark who sits at its table.
